Our system combines the use of the cargo container as the principal structural element, covering its exterior skin with a system of insulated metal panels for thermal control and aesthetics. The result is a solid ultra modern structure, capable of tolerating the harsh tropical climate of the Caribbean. Moreover, its protective shell provides a low maintenance structure maintaining an upscale look and reducing internal temperatures up to 20%.

The system can be built and erected in only a fraction of the time that it would take to build a reinforced concrete structure. This technology allows us to create green structures where the use of recyclable and eco-friendly materials can be integrated into the design.
